As an affiliate, I understand that if I do not receive proper payment of my commission percentage due to me by e-junkie or PayPal for providing referrals to products offered by Rockstars of Comedy, that my remedy is against e-junkie or PayPal as the payment provider, and that I will hold forever harmless and release Rockstars of Comedy, its officers, webdesigners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, damages and causes of action.

I further understand that Rockstars of Comedy will make a reasonable effort to help resolve any disputes between its affiliates and the payment providers, but Rockstars of Comedy is not responsible for errors, comissions, or delays of e-junkie or PayPal.
